Adult Ballet Class Timetable
Adult ballet classes at SF Ballet run weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at different times of day. We know that for a working adult, time is precious, so morning and evening times allow you to join the class whenever it suits your schedule.
While walk-ins are possible, we encourage you to book online, as spaces are limited and classes often fill up.
Classes are bookable one calendar month at a time. With a small class size, this is facilitates continuous pass purchases. It means early in the month, you may not see sessions for the next month.
Who you'll learn with
During your adult ballet lessons, you'll be guided by Sophie, who'll share her experience from multiple world stages. Trained in Vaganova and RAD, she danced with The Australian Ballet, West Australian Ballet, and Czech National Ballet.
Sophie's been teaching adults of all levels for many years and brings her unique learner-focused pedagogy, integrating principles of cognitive load theory with evidence-based movement principles of breath regulation, motor control, and somatic awareness.
You'll also have the opportunity to learn from regular guest teachers.
